I mean if they can put in all the hours of struggle, training, nutrition & work to do some incredibly-difficult things,
then you can surely get up from your desk and move around for at least 30 minutes a day.
-Just like Dr. Mike Evans recommends, right?
Hey, maybe even go nuts and get in a good 30-minute Pokemon hunt or two!
Basically everything here is more-or-less impossible for normal non-olympic civilians, so please don’t actually try any/most of it.
But it’s definitely worth a watch for the motivation & also because just like Olympians they make it look so damn easy!
Please just try to ignore the genuinely-awful techno music, though.
