Here’s a great video by ASAP Science to show you what 200 calories looks like.
It’s also a pretty good primer on the different Calorie-Densities of the foods you’re probably eating.
And while you’re thinking about them, remember: Processed, Take-out, and Restaurant foods will likely have a lot of extra calories you don’t really need.

Having trouble losing weight?
Psych yourself out and give yourself some tangible incentives.
-Or at least that’s what a new study conducted by The Mayo Clinic would suggest.
In two groups tested, those that were incentivized with both Immediate Gain AND Immediate Loss of money for good and bad performance, respectively,
And then further incentivized with the chance at a larger financial gain farther out, wildly outperformed the group given no incentives and no penalties…

Stuart Brody, Petr Weiss and their cult of Kinsey-following-hound-dogs at the University of West Scotland [who would not let yours-truly tag along, DAMMIT] conducted a noble experiment on our favorite species: WOO-MAAAN!!!, doing our favorite activity: “Ye Olde How’s your father?”, and come up with some guessable-yet-Fantastic results.
CiCi’s All-You-Can-Eat-Buffet-buzzkilling researchers at Trinity College Dublin have discovered both an interesting and depressing quirk about a particular fat-fighting type of cell in the body.
Their potency to regulate obesity goes down the fatter you get.

Anyway, the ultimate use for this treatment will probably be limited to plastic-surgery spot-improvements, but Dr. Ouliana Ziouzenkova of Ohio State University and her team have come up with an injectable substance that remodels fatty tissue, ~dissolving it in a way.
What it does is to use a very unique type of fat that has an active metabolism, and lets it leak out tiny little holes in the injected capsules into the surrounding tissue. It then creates more of this, “Brown Adipose Tissue” on-site.

Earlier, we put out the idea that Fat Makes You Fatter, and that it’s Stupendously Easy to Overeat.
Well, here’s the thing: More Bad News. It doesn’t just make you fatter.
It turns out fat is not just some
