The Struggle Is Real:
Anyone who’s ever had a little extra fat can relate to the struggle to lose it.

-Including all the different choices you have to make in both nutrition and exercise.

Because, the more factors you can stack in your favor, the better.

Well, BoredPanda’s Šarūnė Mac compiled a huge gallery of Weight-Loss Winners.

It’s worth a look, paying special attention to some of the claimed-timeframes for several of the results.

And so, we’ve picked-out a few of the more realistic examples for you…

 
Watch Out For Lofty-Claims & Unfair Examples!:
Most of the standouts listed here are the people achieving their results on somewhat-reasonable timeframes.

Usually, big changes like these take 1 year or more.

There are also a few over at their site with some questionably-fast results.

They seem to either fall into the Furious Pete Diet Company Tricks category,

Or perhaps the “Average Joe Wins Contest, Gets Gram-Perfect Nutrition Coach & Trainer”-category, like this guy.

(please don’t ever hold yourself to a standard like this)

A combination of Both nutrition and exercise together seems to work best, with nutrition being more important,

-Because the average person can simply eat more calories in than they can exercise off.

BUT!:
Exercise is also very important for muscle & metabolism, because according to a Danish study, people on a program who did no real dieting and only exercise, kept all of their muscle and lost only fat!
