Anyone who’s ever had a little extra fat can relate to the struggle to lose it.
-Including all the different choices you have to make in both nutrition and exercise.
Because, the more factors you can stack in your favor, the better.
Well, BoredPanda’s Šarūnė Mac compiled a huge gallery of Weight-Loss Winners.
It’s worth a look, paying special attention to some of the claimed-timeframes for several of the results.

So, What About Your Goals?:
Just remember that in your own efforts whether you’re 22 or not,
A combination of Both nutrition and exercise together seems to work best, with nutrition being more important,
-Because the average person can simply eat more calories in than they can exercise off.
BUT!:
Exercise is also very important for muscle & metabolism, because according to a Danish study, people on a program who did no real dieting and only exercise, kept all of their muscle and lost only fat!
So whichever program you choose, Good Luck to all the self-improvers out there, & keep your goals realistic and fair to yourself!
